These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Arovia Care’s website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in addition to the conditions outlined in your signed Service Agreement, which takes precedence.
1. Services
The supports and services to be provided will be detailed in your individual Service Agreement.
Services are delivered in accordance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Practice Standards and relevant laws.
2. Fees and Billing
All fees, billing, and funding arrangements will be set out in your Service Agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring funding is available and accessible through the NDIS or other sources.
3. Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is outlined in your Service Agreement.
Participants are encouraged to provide reasonable notice for cancellations to avoid charges.
4. Feedback and Complaints
You have the right to provide feedback or lodge complaints at any time.
Complaints will be handled promptly, fairly, and in accordance with our complaints management policy.
5. Participant Rights and Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you acknowledge your rights to:
Be treated with dignity and respect
Receive supports that promote choice, control, and independence
Privacy and confidentiality of personal information
Provide feedback or make complaints without fear of reprisal
You also agree to:
Treat staff and other participants respectfully
Provide accurate information relevant to your supports
Work in partnership with us to achieve your support goals
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arovia Care is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our website or services, except as required under consumer protection laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state or territory in which services are provided.
