Meet Our Director
Durga – Registered Nurse & Clinical Lead
Durga is the Director and Clinical Lead of Arovia Care. She is an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in aged care, community support and clinical leadership.
Durga has more than 18 years of experience in the care of older adults, with competencies spanning clinical nursing practice, medication administration, wound assessment and management, and individualised care planning. Her clinical expertise underpins Arovia Care’s commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and nurse-led services.
Durga believes in kindness, dignity and personalised care — and she leads Arovia Care with a genuine commitment to helping people live well at home.
