What services does Arovia Care offers?

Arovia Care provides a whole spectrum of NDIS services, including: 

  • High-intensity personal activities
  • Community nursing care
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Daily personal care
  • Travel and transport assistance
  • Development of life skills
  • Household tasks
  • Community participation
  • Group and centre activities

Usually supports can start 1–2 weeks after you have finished your onboarding and service contract. Depending on staff availability and your particular demands, urgent or short-term supports could begin sooner.

Yes. You can check and modify your supports whenever your objectives or conditions alter. We will assist in updating your service agreement and, if necessary, cooperate with your Support Coordinator or NDIS planner to adjust your plan.

A Support Coordinator is not required to use Arovia Care. Direct contact with us is available for participants. Still, should you own one, we will cooperate closely to make sure your support is well-coordinated. Visit NDIS – Support Coordination for additional information. 

Your written agreement with Arovia Care specifies: 

  • The help you will get 
  • Costing and payment specifics 
  • Your responsibilities and rights 
  • Processes for complaints and feedback 

For all parties, it guarantees consistency, transparency, and peace of mind.

Call the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at 1800 035 544 or visit ndiscommission.gov.au if you are not happy with the result. 

These supports call advanced skills, including complicated wound management, catheter care, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and other clinical procedures. Trained experts who meet NDIS Practice Standards offer them.

Strict quality criteria and training procedures guide us. First help, infection control, and participant safety are all areas of expertise of our staff. Regular audits, inspections, and feedback meetings enable continuing development and participant happiness as well.

Yes. The NDIS won’t pay for routine living expenses like rent, groceries, or utility bills since these are not disability related. It only addresses what is considered fair and essential to assist you reach your objectives.
